Zakhar is the head of a big family who spent all his life living in a village in a private house. He is also the only one who refused to sell the land for the construction of a new residential complex. After all, not only his right to private property but also his happy memories are under threat: the old forest he knew since he was little was cut down, and the pond where he used to fish with his father was drained. Moreover, his grandson fell in love with the developer's daughter! While life seems to fall completely apart, Zakhar, together with his family, decides to stand his ground to the very end against urban developers, dissatisfied tenants of the newly built high-rise, and total injustice.

A series of factual dramas using actors and real-life testimony to retell stories which are almost too astounding to be credible.

A “reality show“ that presented stories of real-life heroes from around the world. Using a combination of actual video footage, re-creations and interviews with eyewitnesses and family members, this show introduced America to people who had risked their lives to rescue others, people who managed to save themselves by only the slimmest of margins, and those who had somehow managed to survive against seemingly insurmountable odds.

Against All Odds (2007) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which took place on February 11, 2007 at the TNA Impact! Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the third event under the Against All Odds chronology. Nine matches were featured on the event's card.
